Semi-Sweet Sauvignon Blanc - 2021
There is a little twist to this Sauvignon Blanc. 
We stopped fermentation early reserving some of the residual natural sugars from the grapes.  This resulted in a wine that is fruit forward with a hint of sweetness and a nose of peaches and passion fruit.
